Goenner Community Solar Garden

This 1.42 Megawatt community solar garden in Sherburne County will produce enough energy to power over 130 average Minnesota homes. The project, and others like it, will operate for at least 25-years, bringing economic value to the communities in which they serve. Over the course of those 25 years, subscribers to this community solar garden should see total savings in excess of $1,500,000.

Community solar gardens offer a wide array of benefits that include bringing renewable energy to businesses, residents and municipalities that have interest but don’t have the resources to implement on-site solar.
