The installation of three solar arrays on their White Bear Lake offices was the crown jewel of that initiative! The arrays will offset a combined 95,000 lbs of carbon dioxide each year and generate about 70% of the office’s electricity needs.

Schedule a home energy audit with the Minnesota Home Energy Squad prior to your closing, and Ancona will cover the fee. The Home Energy Squad will visit your new home and perform applicable installations at no extra cost. Here are some of the benefits:
